Easiest Egg Cup Recipe

I'm always looking for the easiest and fastest way to get in and out of the kitchen. This breakfast is one of my favorites for that reason. Plus it will make you smile. 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 Eggs
  • Spinach
  • Sea salt & Pepper (optional) 
  • Hot sauce (optional)

 

Directions:

  1.  Preheat oven to 400
  2. Insert cupcake liners into your muffin pan
  3. Add about 10 spinach leaves to the bottom. 
  4. Crack an egg on top.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper for taste (optional)
  6. Cook 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your yolk. 
  7. Let eggs cool for 2 minutes and ENJOY!
