Prepare to be Obsessed

The 80 Day Obsession program is an effective, step by step approach to building a shaped, curvy booty while simultaneously shrinking your core and getting your full body toned. Its 80 days of intense focus on fitness and timed nutrition for 13 weeks.

    Workout Length: 45-60 minutes a day, 6 days a week for 80 days

You will need:

  • small, medium, and large dumbbells
  • 3 resistance loops
  • Sliders
  • Access to the workouts (I can bundle this all up for you, just fill out link below)

 

 

When is our Challenge Group Obsessed happening?

  • Prep week starts January 8th
  • Janurary 14th Goals and Mamos virtual party
  • We start workouts January 15th FULL FORCE BABY!

 

  • Optional workouts virtually for that extra bit of accountability with me! 
  • Challenge Group support to make sure your guided every step of the way.
