Taking a morning selfie for our accountability group and this is what I get๐Ÿคฃ Iโ€™ll take it! ๐Ÿ™„

Last night checking in on my challengers I heard some amazing transformations..

โ€Iโ€™m down 30 pounds in 2 months and my husband is down 30 pounds too.โ€

โ€œIโ€™m so glad I stuck with these shakes it really does help my cravings and keeps me full!โ€

โ€œI decided to take back control of me and get off meds. I just wasnโ€™t feeling like myself and knew I had to work on me! One full week in and Iโ€™m already feeling better!โ€

I would be lying if I said I became a coach to help hold me accountable on my own fitness journey. Truth is, I knew I had a gift I NEEDED to pay forward. It was my driving force since day one. But you bet your booty THEY do keep me on my toes. They make we want to show up in a way for myself I never thought possible. Ladies-THANK YOU! Thank you for putting your trust in me! You simply make me want to be better!

If you are ready to step up and create your own transformation, I want to help you, support you, and hold you accountable to meet your goals. Just imagine where you could be in 1 month, in 3 months, in 6 months, in one year.... whatever your goal is -- IT IS POSSIBLE.

My Top Tips for Successful Morning Routines

This is the type of mindset you need to create for yourself! This is your life! You want to be HEALTHY and active...therefore it NEEDS to become apart of your daily routine.

  1. Understand the difference between I canโ€™t and I donโ€™t want too. Mornings for me are best to workout especially with having 3 kids. The day passes us by too quickly and getting it out of the way first thing in the morning also sets the tone for the rest of the day and fewer excuses creep up. Mornings are not my JAM! I would rather sleep in but I know how it makes me feel when I start my day off on a good note.

  2. Be committed to a โ€œcertainโ€ allotted time. Example for me, Iโ€™m a 30-minute girl. Get me in and get me out. I know I can carve out 30 minutes in my day. If it's a new workout program that is longer than 30 minute I ask myself if I want that type of commitment and what are my goals.

  3. Resistance - You will fight with yourself. You will talk yourself out of it. This is where you need to remind yourself that you hold the power and you can push past this type of talk from yourself.

  4. Donโ€™t go longer than 3 days without working out. This will help you get out of the mindset that you need to always start over.

  5. Think about WHY your health matters and on days you donโ€™t want to remember why you matter.
